Are you HIPAA compliant?
We adhere to HIPAA standards. If your firm is classified as a Business Associate or Covered Entity please share that with the team during your initial call so that we ensure a Business Associate Agreement is in place.
Can your system handle handwritten notes?
Yes, our system can handle handwritten information. We use a combination of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and text processing to perform document analysis. We do note a small number of edge cases where the handwriting is illegible to both humans and machines.
How long does it take to see results?
On average, chronologies are ready in 2 days.
Do you integrate with my CMS?
Firms can either use our platform or facilitate CMS integration. We are able to partner with firms to integrate with your client management system.
Do I have to set up an integration to get started?
No. Firms can log onto our secure portal and see impact immediately. Integration remains an option regardless of how the team begins.
